Air Fryer Scallops

Time needed for prep: 10 minutes

Time needed to cook: 6 minutes

Serves: 1

Nutritional values per serving (4 scallops):

Calories: 348

Total Protein: 14 g

Ingredients:

● 4 large sea scallops, cleaned, pat dried

● Salt as per taste

● 2 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil

● 1 tsp capers, very chopped

● 1 small clove garlic, minced

● Pepper as per taste

● 1 tbsp minced parsley

● half tsp finely lemon zest (grated)

● Cooking spray

Directions:

Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Season the scallops with salt and pepper and place in the air fryer basket.

Fry in a pre-heated air fryer at 400 °F for 6 minutes or until the internal temperature shows 120 °F.

Remove onto a plate.

Bring the ingredients together into a bowl and stir. Spoon over the scallops and serve.
